Conference Participation Fee

• International participants: €350 per participant; accompanying persons: €200.
  The fee covers:
  • Participation in the conference and conference materials;
  • Accommodation in a three-star hotel with three meals per day;
  • Publication conference proceedings
  • City and historical landmarks tour and sighting (optional);
  • Conference banquet.
• Local Georgia citizens: GEL 150 per participant.
  The fee covers:
  • Participation in the conference and conference materials;
  • Publication of conference proceedings.

 

Participation Procedure:

1.Participants register electronically and submit a short abstract.

2.Author/authors are notified of the abstract acceptance.

3.Author/authors submit the full paper,

4.Papers are reviewed, and authors are notified of the acceptance.

5.Authors proceed with the payment of conference fees and send the receipt (in PDF format). Both files should be named as follows:

• Article: Author(s) name(s) and the title of the work (e.g., T. Giorgadze – Transport Operations)
• Payment receipt: Conference code and author(s) name(s) (e.g., TBEA26; T. Giorgadze)
